Project Profile: This project consists of 3 components including a) Land Development that will include a townhouse site and 8 Single Family Home Lots b)Townhouse Site Development Consisting of 30 townhomes c) 8 Single Family Homes that will be constructed and sold as Family Homes. This project is in the pre development planning stages and has been through an extensive feasibility exercise to ensure our client is positioned for a successful project. The Rezoing & Development Permit process will begin in early 2024 and construction is expected to begin on site in 2025.

MIXED-USE COMMERCIAL AND MEDICAL

Project Profile: Our Client is a Joint Venture between a local Development company and an Indigenous Association. The project will consist of two buildings that include neighbourhood commercial, medical offices, a Health Authority and short term medical accommodations. The project is currently in pre-construction and will proceed into development permit late 2022.

Project Profile: The project will consist of a 24 unit gated community. This development will be adult orientated and will be interconnected to the walk trail network that is adjacent to the development. The project is in Planning and is expected to offer these units as market housing to those that would prefer to own a home within the Active Seniors Subdivision instead of renting in the adjacent building. 

PARK CENTRAL | AFFORDABLE RENTAL BUILDING

Status: Building Permit is being processed. Construction to begin Fall of 2022. 


Project Profile: The project passed rezoning and development permit in April 2021. The project consists of 51 units of affordable renting that is strategically located a few minutes from the Skytrain station that connects to the lower mainland. Construction to begin in fall 2022 occupancy winter 2023.

Project Profile: Peace Holdings Inc is in the process of developing a 3 phase, 14.5 acre subdivision in Fort St John. The subdivision will allow for the construction of Commercial space, Medical offices, Restaurants, Seniors Housing and Affordable housing projects.

Project Profile: Our Client contacted us to run a feasibly exercise on the project to come up with a best use for the property. Our team determined that a family rental development in this location would be a best use although several different structures were proposed. The client decided a townhouse rental development would work well in their investment portfolio. The project is expected to begin construction the spring of 2023.
