Myron Dirks
Senior Project Manager
Myron has been involved in the construction industry for over 20 years and brings and has a robust background in project feasibility, planning, rezoning, permitting, insurance loss cost consulting and project tendering. He has been involved in various stages of the construction process during his years of experience including his years as a carpenter, site superintendent, project manager, owner’s representative and project feasibility. In his 20 plus years of construction and development experience, Myron has been involved in projects that have a construction value of 500 million dollars throughout Western Canada which include Residential, multi family condominiums, Rental Apartments, townhouse developments, Ice Arena Complexes, Hotels and High Rise Commercial.
Rana Brar
Director of Development
Rana’s specializations include development and construction planning, Project Feasibility, raw land development and arranging financing for large projects. His commitment to strategic excellence is applied to his work with all clients on direction, site selection, project financing as well as managing the day to day needs of all projects that are in various stages.
